All I Can Say is “Thank You” - B.T. Polcari

All I Can Say is “Thank You”

With this being my last post before the release of Against My Better Judgment on September 16th, I would like to extend a BIG thank you to all my followers and readers. Your tremendous support, encouragement, and comments helped me as I learned how to use social media, build my online presence, and market the book. In the future, please know that whenever I refer to family and friends, I am referring to all of YOU because together we have built a wonderful community. Words cannot truly describe how thankful I am to you for hopping on my bandwagon and helping me every step of the way as we built toward the book’s launch week.

With the release date only days away, I will soon stand at the summit of achieving a lifelong dream that was sparked decades ago by a fifth-grade writing teacher and my Mom as both gushed over a kid’s little story about a collie, complete with illustrations. As I talked about in previous posts, this has been a long journey best summed up by the word “perseverance.” My hope is that every person reading my posts will take away the fact that anything is possible if you dream big, put in the hard work, and never stop believing in yourself. As Colonel George Custer once said, “It’s not how many times you get knocked down that count, but how many times you get back up.”

Since I can’t have a big launch party, I’ve partnered with a number of marketing teams to help spread the <funny> word of Against My Better Judgment across the interwebs. I’m hoping that showering you all in guest posts, interviews, excerpts, book reviews, and a plethora of giveaway opportunities will have to do! I’ve partnered up with the incredible book tour companies Prism Book Tours, RABT, and Lola’s Blog Tours to help share Sara and Mauzzy’s story. You can check out the reviews, interviews, and guest posts as I share them on my social media platforms, but you can also see the full schedule here.

And because this is my debut novel, I wanted to really start the week off with a bang and will be hosting daily giveaways on my social media platforms in addition to all the other giveaways! I’ve lost count of how many giveaways there are, but I can say that I feel like I’m getting to play “Oprah” (but let’s be honest, only Oprah can be Oprah!)
